(1) The board
may—
(a) for
the purpose of completing or replacing a portion of a dog fence, erect a fence
on any Crown land;
(b) make
dog-proof any fence on Crown land;
(c)
maintain any such fence.
(2) Without limitation
of the powers conferred by this section, the board may, for the purpose of
carrying out any work authorised by subsection (1), enter into any
arrangement with the occupier of any land.
