For the temporary accommodation of the board, the Treasurer may, without any
further appropriation than this section, from time to time advance to the
board from the Consolidated Account any amount considered necessary by the
Treasurer at such interest and on such conditions as the Treasurer thinks fit
and an amount so advanced may be set off against any future subsidy payable to
the board under section 31.
