South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Except as
otherwise provided by this Act, a member will, subject to this Act, hold
office for a term, not exceeding 4 years, specified in the instrument of
appointment.
(3) A retiring member
will hold office until his or her successor is appointed.
(4) A person ceasing
to be a member by reason of the expiration of his or her term of office is
eligible for re-appointment if otherwise eligible under this Act.
