DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 6

6—Office of Director

        (1)         The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is established.

        (2)         The Office consists of—

            (a)         the Director of Public Prosecutions; and

            (b)         Public Service employees assigned to work in the Office.

        (3)         The Director has the administration and control of the Office.
