DAYLIGHT SAVING ACT 1971 - SECT 4A

4A—Governor may exclude part of State from application of this Act

        (1)         The Governor may, by regulation, exclude from the application of this Act any specified part of the State with effect for the whole of the prescribed period or any specified part of the prescribed period.

        (2)         While this Act does not apply to a particular part of the State by virtue of an exclusion under subsection (1), The Standard Time Act 1898 applies in relation to that part of the State.
