South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A licence granted
under this Division will, subject to this Act, remain in force for such term
as a Competent Authority may specify in the licence.
(2) A
Competent Authority may, subject to this Act, in his or her discretion, on
application made in the prescribed manner and form and payment of the
prescribed fee, renew a licence granted under this Division.
(3) A licence renewed
under this section will, subject to this Act, remain in force for such term
(being not less than one year) as a Competent Authority may specify in the
licence.
