South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may,
by written notice, if the Minister considers it appropriate to do so, grant an
exemption from a requirement of this Part in relation to a child,
conditionally or unconditionally.
(2) The Minister may,
by written notice, if the Minister considers it appropriate to do so, vary or
revoke an exemption granted under this section.
(2a) The Minister may,
by notice published in the Gazette, publish guidelines in relation to the
granting of, or variation or revocation of, an exemption under this section.
(3) A person must not
contravene or fail to comply with a condition of an exemption granted under
this section.
Maximum penalty: $500.
