South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
publish model constitutions for school councils and affiliated committees.
(2) If a school
council or affiliated committee applies to the Minister for approval of a
constitution, or an amendment of a constitution, that contains an alteration
to a model constitution, the council or committee must inform the Minister of
the alteration and the reasons for the alteration.
(3) The Minister has
absolute discretion to approve or refuse to approve the constitution or an
amendment of the constitution of a school council or affiliated committee that
contains an alteration to a model constitution.
