ELECTRICITY ACT 1996 - SECT 81A

81A—Delegation by Minister

        (1)         The Minister may delegate any of his or her functions or powers under this Act to a person or body of persons.

        (2)         A delegation under this section—

            (a)         must be in writing; and

            (b)         may be conditional or unconditional; and

            (c)         is revocable at will; and

            (d)         does not prevent the Minister from acting in any matter.
