South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person must not,
without reasonable excuse, obstruct an authorised officer, an
electricity officer, or anyone else engaged in the administration of this Act
or the exercise of powers under this Act.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
(2) A person must not
use abusive or intimidatory language to, or engage in offensive or
intimidatory behaviour towards, an authorised officer, an electricity officer,
or anyone else engaged in the administration of this Act or the exercise of
powers under this Act.
