South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If it appears to
the Tribunal, on application made by the Commissioner with the approval of the
Minister, that a person may have acted in contravention of this Act, the
Tribunal may refer the matter to the Commissioner for investigation.
(2) The person the
subject of an application under this section is a party to the application and
the Commissioner must, on lodging the application with the Tribunal, furnish
the person with a copy of the application.
(3) This section does
not apply in relation to an alleged contravention of section 87 by a
judicial officer or a member of Parliament.
