South Australian Consolidated Acts96B—Review of refusal to extend time
(1) If the
Commissioner has refused an application for an extension of time within which
to lodge a complaint, the applicant may apply to the Tribunal for a review of
the decision.
(2) An application for
review must be made within 1 month after notification of the decision.
(3) The Tribunal may
confirm the decision of the Commissioner or substitute its own decision.
