South Australian Consolidated Acts19—Applications to Minister to vary operation of permits
(1) The
holder of a permit may make application to the Minister for the revocation or
variation of a condition imposed in respect of the permit.
(2) The
holder of a permit that is suspended may make application to the Minister for
the cancellation of that suspension.
(3) The Minister
shall, within sixty days after the receipt of an application under
subsection (1) or (2)—
(a) if
he is satisfied that the application should be granted—
(i)
revoke the condition;
(ii)
vary the condition in accordance with the application;
(iii)
cancel the suspension of the permit,
as the case may be;
(b) if
he is not so satisfied—refuse to grant the application.
