South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister is to
review this Act to determine the effectiveness of the work of the Commission
and the attainment of the objects of this Act.
(2) The review is to
be undertaken as soon as possible after the period of 3 years from the date of
assent to this Act and a report on the outcome of the review is to be
completed within 6 months after that period of 3 years.
(3) The Minister must
cause a copy of the report on the outcome of the review to be tabled in each
House of Parliament within 12 sitting days after its completion.
