South Australian Consolidated Acts35D—Notice to Registrar when storing firearms
A person who has given a firearm to a person who carries on the business of
storing firearms to keep the firearm in storage for more than 14 days must,
within 14 days after the period of storage commences, provide the Registrar
with the following information in writing:
(a) the
name and address of the person to whom the firearm has been given; and
(b) the
place at which the firearm will be stored.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
