South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts250—Protection of property of the Minister
(1) A person who
obtains or attempts to obtain from the Minister, the Chief Executive Officer,
the Department or an employee of the Department any pecuniary or other
assistance or benefit by means of any false pretence is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: Division 7 fine or division 7 imprisonment.
(2) A person who
intentionally wastes or damages any property of the Minister is guilty of an
offence.
Penalty: Division 7 fine or division 7 imprisonment.
(3) The provisions of
this section are in addition to, and do not derogate from, the provisions of
any other Act or law.
