South Australian Consolidated Acts250A—Loans by the Chief Executive Officer to persons in need or distress
The Chief Executive Officer must not lend any money to a person who is in need
or distress unless—
(a) the
Chief Executive Officer is of the opinion that the person will have the means
to repay the amount of the loan within a reasonable period of time; and
(b) the
Chief Executive Officer and the person enter into a written agreement for the
repayment of the loan at such time or times and in such manner as may be
specified in the agreement.
