FIRST HOME OWNER GRANT ACT 2000 - SECT 29

29—Determination of appeal

On an appeal, the Court may—

            (a)         confirm, vary or reverse the decision on the application for a first home owner grant; and

            (b)         make incidental and ancillary orders.
