FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DUTY ACT 1983 - SECT 78

78—Repeal

        (1)         The Governor may, by proclamation, fix a date for the repeal of this Act.

        (2)         On the date fixed under subsection (1), this Act is repealed.
