FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DUTY ACT 1983 - SECT 9

9—Declaration of short-term dealer in unofficial market

        (1)         The Commissioner may, by notice in the Gazette, declare a corporation that is a dealer in the unofficial short-term money market to be a short-term dealer for the purposes of this Act.

        (2)         The Commissioner may, by notice published in the Gazette, revoke a declaration under subsection (1).
