(1) Where a judgment
is given by the Supreme Court, the Court shall, upon application by the
judgment creditor and payment of the fee prescribed by rules of Court issue a
certified copy of the judgment together with a certificate containing such
particulars in relation to the judgment as may be prescribed.
(2) Where execution of
a judgment has been stayed, a certificate issued under subsection (1) of
this section shall contain a statement of that fact.
