The Court has jurisdiction—
(a) to
hear and determine a question of law referred to it by an industrial
magistrate or the Commission; and
(b) to
hear and determine jurisdictional or other questions about the validity of
determinations of the Commission as part of proceedings brought pursuant to
another provision of this Act.
