South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Court or the
Commission has a discretion to give any form of relief authorised by this Act
or any other Act irrespective of the form of relief sought by the parties.
(2) The Court or
Commission may exercise its jurisdiction on terms and conditions it considers
appropriate.
(3) Any relief granted
by the Court or the Commission must be consistent with the provisions of the
Act under which the granting of the relief is authorised.
