FAIR WORK ACT 1994 - SECT 59

59—Remuneration and conditions of office

        (1)         The Employee Ombudsman is entitled to the remuneration determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.

        (2)         The other conditions of office are to be as determined by the Governor.
