enterprise agreement prohibits the disclosure of information of a confidential
nature, a person who discloses the information contrary to the agreement is
guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $750.
(2) However, an
enterprise agreement cannot prohibit the disclosure of information of a
statistical nature to the Minister.
