Technical Regulator nor the Crown incurs any liability for a statement made by
the Technical Regulator in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of
powers under section 57B.
(2) No liability is
incurred by a person for publishing in good faith—
(a) a
statement referred to in subsection (1); or
(b) a
fair report or summary of such a statement.
