South Australian Consolidated Acts79—Improper inducement to appoint enduring guardian
(1) A person who, by
dishonesty or undue influence, induces another to execute an instrument
appointing an enduring guardian under this Act is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 10 years.
(2) A person convicted
or found guilty of an offence against this section forfeits any interest that
that person might otherwise have had in the estate of the person improperly
induced to execute the instrument.
