GOVERNMENT FINANCING AUTHORITY ACT 1982 - SECT 24A

24A—Records to be kept

        (1)         The Authority must keep a record of its decisions other than decisions made on its behalf by a delegate.

        (2)         The record must be certified by the Under Treasurer to be an accurate record.
