South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts10—Appointment of inspectors
(1) There will be such
number of inspectors as are necessary for the proper administration of this
Act.
(2) An inspector is a
Public Service employee.
(3) The Commissioner
must provide each inspector with a certificate of identity and an inspector
must, at the request of a person in relation to whom the inspector has
exercised, or intends to exercise, powers under this Act, produce that
certificate.
