(1) The body corporate
known as the Independent Gaming Corporation will, on due application being
made and the Commissioner being satisfied as to the matters specified in
sections 19 and 21, be granted the gaming machine monitor licence issued
under this Act.
(2) Nothing in this
section will be taken to prevent the grant of the gaming machine monitor
licence to some other person or authority in the event of the Independent
Gaming Corporation not being granted the licence or, if it is granted the
licence, in the event of the licence being surrendered or revoked pursuant to
this Act.
