If, on the Commissioner's consenting to the transfer of a gaming machine
licence, any gaming machine surcharge payable under the Stamp Duties
Act 1923 in respect of the transfer of the business conducted under the
licence has not been paid, it is a condition of the licence that the surcharge
be paid within the period allowed under that Act.
