In the event of—
(a) the
gaming machine monitor licence being revoked, suspended or surrendered; or
(b) the
holder of that licence ceasing for any reason to carry on the undertaking
authorised by the licence,
the Commissioner or a person authorised by the Commissioner for the purpose
may—
(c)
enter the premises in which the monitor system is situated; and
(d) take
possession and assume control of the system; and
(e)
operate the system until such time as the suspension terminates, or a further
licence is granted to some other person or authority, as the case may be.
