South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts41—Commissioner may approve gaming tokens and gaming token manufacturers
(1) The Commissioner
may, on application by a manufacturer of gaming tokens, approve the
manufacturer for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The Commissioner
may, on application by a person, approve particular gaming tokens to be of a
class that is approved for the purposes of this Act.
