If the work of installing, servicing or repairing a gaming machine is
personally performed on licensed premises by a person who is not—
(a) the
holder of a gaming machine service licence; or
(b)
approved as a gaming machine technician for the holder of a gaming machine
service licence,
the licensee and the person are each guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
