The holder of a gaming machine licence must not cause, suffer or permit any
gaming machine on the licensed premises—
(a) to
be fitted with linked jackpot equipment; or
(b) to
be linked in any manner that allows the winnings, or part of the winnings,
from the machine to accumulate with the winnings, or part of the winnings,
from any other gaming machine.
Maximum penalty: $35 000 or imprisonment for 2 years.
