The Commissioner may disclose information gained in the course of the
administration of this Act to—
(a)
authorities vested with the administration of gaming machine laws in any other
State or a Territory of the Commonwealth; and
(b) any
other authorities that may require the information for the purpose of
discharging duties of a public nature; and
(c) if
the information is disclosed in a form that does not identify the person to
whom it relates—any other person, or in any other way, the Commissioner
(in the exercise of an unqualified discretion) considers appropriate in the
public interest.
