Act 2000
7—Transitional provision
(1) The amendments made to the principal Act by this Act (other than the
substitution of section 8B of the principal Act by section 4 of this
Act) do not apply in relation to a security interest that came into existence
before the commencement of this Act.
(2) Section 8B of the principal Act as substituted by section 4
of this Act applies in relation to a security interest whether it came into
existence before or after the commencement of this Act.
