South Australian Consolidated Acts17—Unauthorised access to or interference with register
A person who, without the authority of the Registrar or other lawful
authority—
(a)
obtains access to the register or information contained in the register; or
(b)
makes, alters or deletes an entry in the register; or
(c)
interferes with the register in any other way,
is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000 or imprisonment for 12 months.
