Acquisition of Land Act 1925 any lands, authorised by the special Act,
necessary for tramways other than lands subject to any public right-of-way,
and all the provisions of that Act shall be incorporated with every special
Act: Provided that the powers of the promoters for the compulsory purchase of
lands for the purpose of the special Act shall not be exercised after the end
of eighteen months from the passing thereof.
