GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2001 - SECT 1

1—Short title

        (1)         This Act may be cited as the Gene Technology Act 2001 .

        (2)         This Act may also be referred to as—

            (a)         the Gene Technology Law of South Australia ; or

            (b)         the Gene Technology Law .
