South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A meeting of
the Trust may be called at any time by the presiding officer or by a group of
members who would constitute a quorum at a meeting of the Trust.
(2) The presiding
officer must call a meeting of the Trust (the annual general meeting) at least
once in each year.
(3) At least 14 days
written notice specifying the time and place of each meeting must be given to
every member of the Trust.
(4) The time and place
of a meeting of the Trust must, as far as practicable, be convenient to the
members of the Trust.
