HOLIDAYS ACT 1910 - SECT 5

5—Governor may substitute another day for day appointed

        (1)         The Governor may, by proclamation, declare some other day to be a public holiday or bank holiday in a year instead of a day by this Act appointed a public holiday or bank holiday, and in that case that other day will in that year be substituted as a public holiday or bank holiday for the day appointed by this Act.

        (2)         The Governor may, by subsequent proclamation, vary or revoke a proclamation made under this section.
