South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts27AF—Merger of land comprising consolidated titles
If any consolidation of title is effected pursuant to this Act, the land
comprised in the closed road shall, for the purpose of the public records of
the State, be deemed to be merged with and have the same identity as the
contiguous land with which it is consolidated.
