South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (3), the Commissioner must, on or before 30 September in each
year, submit to the Minister a report on the operation of this Act during the
preceding financial year.
(2) Subject to
subsection (3), the Minister must, as soon as practicable after receiving
a report under this section, cause a copy of the report to be laid before each
House of Parliament.
(3) It is sufficient
compliance with this section if a report referred to in subsection (1) is
incorporated in the annual report of an administrative unit of the Public
Service of the State for which the Minister is responsible.
