South Australian Consolidated Acts31A—Adjustment of Highways Fund
(1) The Treasurer may
out of the Consolidated Account pay into the Highways Fund any sum or sums not
exceeding in the aggregate one million two hundred and forty thousand dollars.
(2) Every such sum
shall be deemed to be an advance to the Highways Fund and shall be repaid to
the Consolidated Account out of moneys in the Highways Fund in such
instalments and at such times as the Treasurer directs.
(3) The Treasurer may
transfer from the Highways Fund to the credit of the Consolidated Account any
sum or sums not exceeding in the aggregate one million two hundred and forty
thousand dollars.
(4) This section
without further appropriation shall be sufficient authority for every payment
and transfer mentioned in this section.
