South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An appointed
member of the Committee holds office for such term and on such terms and
conditions as may be determined by the Governor.
(2) A nominated member
holds office as a member of the Committee only while matters relating to the
vessel in respect of which that member was nominated are being considered or
otherwise dealt with by the Committee.
(3) A member of the
Committee is entitled to such remuneration, allowances and expenses as may be
determined by the Governor.
