(a) to
enable the provision of an integrated health system that provides optimal
health outcomes for South Australians; and
(b) to
facilitate the provision of safe, high-quality health services that are
focussed on the prevention and proper management of disease, illness and
injury and to facilitate efficiencies through the use of certain facilities
for veterinary science; and
(c) to
facilitate a scheme for health services to meet recognised standards.
