HOUSING IMPROVEMENT ACT 1940 - LONG TITLE
An Act to provide for the improvement of sub-standard housing conditions, to
provide for housing of persons of limited means, to regulate the rentals of
sub-standard dwellinghouses in the metropolitan area and in certain other
parts of the State, and for other purposes.
