South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This Part shall
apply only within the metropolitan area and within such other parts of the
State to which the Governor may by proclamation declare that this Part shall
apply.
(2) The Governor may
by proclamation declare that this Part shall apply to any part of the State
outside the metropolitan area and may by proclamation revoke or vary any such
proclamation.
