South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister must
review this Act to determine whether the policy objectives of this Act remain
valid and whether the terms of this Act remain appropriate for securing those
objectives.
(2) The review must be
undertaken as soon as practicable after the period of 5 years from the date of
assent to this Act.
(3) A report on the
outcome of the review must be prepared and the Minister must cause a copy of
the report to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 12 months after the
end of the period referred to in subsection (2).
